Traditionally, Resonators are associated with Blues, Bluegrass and Country musical styles. The phrases included here will work perfectly in that context. However, the sound and performances can also bring a distinctive element to Pop, RnB, Soul and Rock productions. Resonator Guitar is therefore a library with broad musical applications.
The library contains 1.8 GB of sample data and 800 performance loops. These are organized into 100 folders based on original tempos of 80 and 120 BPM. Each folder is built around a single musical phrase. There are 3 different guitar recordings for each phrase offering performance variety. Both mic and DI recordings of each performance variation without any added effects are included as well as two different pre-mixed versions of all three combined. This combination offers the user full control over the sound and stereo placement of the guitars within a mix.
